When to visit Naxos
Naxos during May is very colourful with a temperature of about 25° C during daytime. For quiet holidays lovers with better quality food and excellent service, June and September is an Ideal time to visit Naxos. The temperature is approximately 30° C.
July and August are the busiest months in Greece and they are so for Naxos as well. Beaches are definitely busiest, especially these close to Naxos Town. However, one can find a quiet beach to swim since the island of Naxos is so big that it never gets busy enough.
Towards the end of September till October the island gets really quiet and the weather cooler. This period is also ideal for people who wish to have quiet holidays and cheap as well. Prices are much lower and service is by far better.
